Field Service Operations Administrator – Analogic – Peabody, MA

Summary

Reporting to the Field Service and Customer Support Senior Business Analyst, provides a variety of cross functional administrative support to the Field Service Operations team and product line program managers. The individual must enjoy a rapid paced work environment with the ability to transition from one task area to another quickly. Willingness to learn about and comply with customer-imposed processes and deliverables, but also to work with the team to develop new internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities

  • ServiceMax and Customer Portal functional administration

· Administers / updates service and training documentation.

· Ensures work order administrative tasks are completed and sanitizes the data.

· Maintain “as maintained” database of installed products.

  • TSA Asset and Field Service Technician compliance administration

· Support Status of Configuration Status Accounting Report (CSAR).

· Assist with Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (EQIP) tracking and compliance in order to achieve TSA database access from the Office of Personnel Security (PERSEC).

· Ensures all other reports and documents are captured in the Program Document Library including the Requisition and Invoice/Shipping Document (DD1149), Vendor Shipping and Receiving Report (T251) and Radiation Leak Test Reports.

· Maintain and deliver SHALL requirements (system configuration, radiation survey documents, Field Data Reporting System (FDRS), Preventive Maintenance (PM) performed in TSA defined window).

· TSA asset barcode management.

· Management and tracking of issued external devices including Yubikey and Tablets.

· Assist in setting up Analogic employees for badging at new airports.

· Test Readiness Notification (TRN) Forms management for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) / Integrated Site Acceptance Testing (iSAT).

  • Project Management support including subcontractor compliance administration

· Coordinates subcontractor reporting and compliance (Rapiscan, K2, etc).

· Assist in preparation of FDA Form 2579 or other X-ray compliance documentation, per site or country requirements.

· Assist with maintaining hospital credentialing compliance for Medical CT Field Service Technicians.

  • Service Parts Logistics

· Carnet tracking: Carnet date management of Analogic owned material shipped overseas.

5. Other administrative duties to include Purchase Order creation, Internal Purchase Requests (IPR), Travel and Expenses

Education and Experience

BS degree with 2-4 years of work experience. Computer proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Must have an analytical mindset and enjoy attention to detail, be well organized and a problem solver. Ability to learn quickly and become proficient in other software programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 – $33.00 per hour
