Client Service Representative – Prisma Wellness – Bellevue, WA

As a Client Services Representative you will be the face of our wellness center. Customer Service experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided on the job. Your main responsibilities will be the following, among others:

· Greet clients as they come in with a positive and pleasing attitude.

· Manage the providers calendars and online scheduling.

· Answer the main line and resolve questions/issues from clients, other providers, insurance representatives, and pharmacies.

· Respond to voicemails in a timely manner.

· Receive incoming faxes, complete forms and send faxes back to senders.

· Reschedule/Cancel appointments.

· Verify patients’ insurance benefits, corrects any insurance issues and checks eligibility.

· Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (healthcare privacy laws).

· Remind client of the completion of health questionnaires.

· Maintain electronic health record system up to date, which includes correct client information, and taking initial pictures of clients faces and clients insurance cards.

· Maintain office cleanliness throughout the day and helps to appropriately dispose of garbage/recyclables at end of each day.

Requirements:

· Post-secondary degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

· Background in customer service or collections strongly preferred.

· Ability to effectively build relationships with clients, coworkers and practice leaders.

· Comfortable working independently without supervision.

· Demonstrated flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on urgency.

· Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.

· Must be proficient using a Mac or advanced PC user.

· Experience with an EHR system (electronic health records system) is a considerable plus.

· Respect the use of masks, especially when speaking to clients, help disinfect areas and use proper hygiene in the place of work.

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep you safe, we will provide disinfecting wipes, sprays, and masks. We will also add a counter top shield. The use of masks is required for all our clients as well as following social distancing guidelines.
