This Position is Monday to Saturday 12 noon to 8 pm
Description
· Enter data that is required database
· Assist patients that drive-up with COVID-19 testing at the Lab
. Travel to locations for group or family testing (Southern and Northern California)
· Enter Patient data in LIS and PM system
· Monitor inventory samples and supplies
· Prepare samples for routine testing and analysis
· Keep track of stock level for masks, and working conditions of thermometers, etc.
· Must be punctual
· Manage all communication with patients and escalate complex issues to your manager, ensure a safe working area.
· Provide an optimal level of customer services and maintain professionalism to resolve issues.
· Assist clients in completing the medical history and medical program intake forms, and/or consents, ensuring that the patient understands when obtaining the patient signature
· Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations and confidentiality company regulations.
· Adhere to policy and procedures during all activates.
General Maintenance of the facility which includes
· Sanitization of screening station as per the protocol hourly
· All other duties assigned by the CEO and Supervisor
Requirements
· Bilingual-English & Spanish
· Computer Skills
· Experience and knowledge of EXCEL and Outlook
· Reliable Transportation to travel to other clinic sites if needed
· Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
· Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
· Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills
· Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations
· Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Willingness to adapt to changes in agency growth and expansion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
