Postdoctoral Position in Cardiovascular and Metabolic Research

Job Title: Postdoctoral Research Position at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York City (NY).

Job Description: Positions of postdoctoral scientists are available in Dr. Santulli’s lab at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Dr. Gaetano Santulli, MD, PhD is a member of the following Departments and Institutes:

-Department of Medicine (Division of Cardiology),
-Department of Molecular Pharmacology,
-Einstein/Sinai Diabetes Research Center (ES-DRC),
-Wilf Family Cardiovascular Research Institute,
-Fleischer Institute for Diabetes and Metabolism.

The Santulli laboratory has interest in understanding the cellular and molecular mechanisms of cardiovascular and metabolic disorders, including heart failure, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, atherosclerosis, and obesity; we are also investigating the translational application into the clinical scenario of non-coding RNAs, epigenetics, stem cells, and oxidative stress.

The lab is well funded by the NIH and the AHA (3 R01s, 1 R56, 1 R00, 1 T32).
