Clean Uniforms and More! is growing! We are seeking Client Relations Supervisors to oversee a team of Client Service Representatives (“CSRs”). This is an entry level management position for a career minded individual interested in advancement.

What you will be doing:
-Manage the training and development of a team of CSRs who deliver to multiple Clients per day, ranging from small family owned businesses to major corporate locations; this is an ongoing accountability.
-Respond to Client requests.
-Develop strong relationships with Clients and Team Members.
-Negotiate Client Service Agreement renewals.
-Collaborate with Clean’s Leadership and Management Teams to provide extraordinary Client service and product programs.
-Provide route coverage during CSR absences (illness, vacations, etc.) – creates an opportunity to cross check CSRs’ performance, Client satisfaction, and Client loyalty.
What are we looking for:
- The know-how to manage.
- A results-driven, relationship manager who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and help their Team and as importantly, our Clients.
- Someone who will enjoy working with their own Team of CSRs that need input and support as the CSRs develop their own roles.
- An individual ready to learn and work to become a Client service and loyalty expert.
- High School diploma or GED, Some College is a plus
- 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements and drug screening
- Physically capable to lift up to 50 pounds

Experience: Developed verbal & written communication skills
