BrightStar Care of Peoria a leading home health care provider and currently in need of experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to work at our client’s Skilled Nursing Facility with no COVID issues in and around the Abingdon area.
Certified Nursing Assistants will be required to provide basic nursing care to patients and residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and performs basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
Educational Requirements:
Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
Good standing in the state registry is required.
Other Requirements:
C.P.R. card and/or other certifications (ACLS, PALS, etc.)
All applicants are subjected to a 10-panel drug screen.
OIG/GSA
Fire & Safety, Infection Prevention, Hazardous Waste and OSHA and HIPAA Privacy and Security standards is required of all employees.
TB Test and each applicant must have received the Hepatitis B vaccination series or have provided a declination.
