Customer Service Representative, Watterson Towers, 8a-4:30p, Full Time – Norton Healthcare – Louisville, KY

Interacts with callers by providing responses to their hospital billing inquiries. Analyzes patient accounts and evaluates results to ensure timely resolution by following set processes. Conveys information effectively, exercises active listening, and makes sound judgments and decisions by using logic and reasoning to identify and solve problems. The Customer Service unit’s overall output is directly or indirectly related to achieving or exceeding the established goals to include AR days, cash collection, collection WIP, bad debt, denial recovery percentages, charity and other metrics assigned by senior leadership while adhering to compliance regulations.



  • One year in a call center or hospital patient accounting department
  • High School Diploma or GED

Screening Requirements: Drug Screen, Background Check, License and Employment reference verification.
