Overview:

The position of Millwright repairs, maintains, and operates (on occasion) all the equipment within a work center. This includes taking full ownership to complete work on-time and correctly. Work schedule; four ten-hour shifts followed by three days off each week. Wage starts at $30.45 per hour, plus shift differential ($63,336 per year, before shift differential, overtime and production bonus). Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site’s target goals.

Responsibilities:

This position is critical to keeping our equipment running safely and efficiently by performing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks as well as troubleshooting any issue that may come up that interrupts our operations. The Maintenance Department works closely with operators to get ahead of any issues before they cause downtime or significant equipment failure.

  • Assist production personnel with any material flow related problems.
  • Ensure all documentation is kept up to date.
  • Work and train helpers and apprentices.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to weld, cut, troubleshoot equipment and systems, perform preventative maintenance, operate machinery, understand pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
