This is a Critical Care nursing department specializing in Medical Pulmonary. We are in search of experienced RN with the following:
- A willingness to work in a team environment
- Willing to cross train for other critical care departments
- Willing to float to other critical care departments as needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness grow and learn
- Family and patient centered
- Willing to work weekends, nights and holidays as needed
- CCRN certification would be a great assest to this position but not required for hiring
Salary Range: Job Grade B
Job Summary/ Requirements
The Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, utilizes knowledge and skills to provide direct age-specific and culturallly appropriate care through the use of the nursing process based on knowledge of principles of growth and development, serves as a clinical resource, participates in patient and staff education, demonstrates leadership, and serves as a preceptor. Must have current SC Nursing License.
Location: Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System ยท PV 4 Adult Critical Care
Schedule: Full-Time, Days (weekends as needed), 7pm to 7am
