This position is currently 100% remote. In office work will resume at a later date, yet to be determined. Technical equipment will be provided and training will be conducted virtually.
As a Redfin Listing Coordinator, you’ll support a team of Redfin Agents by assisting with all aspects of the home listing process.
The Role
- Use your market knowledge and our custom-designed tools to keep sellers informed about pre-listing activities related to their home sale
- Answer clients’ questions and be their guide through the listing process
- Retrieve property details and input this information into the local MLS
- Coordinate home photography and staging
- Create flyers and listing presentations
- Benefit from online tools that allow you to track the listing process and share information across teams
- Candidates must be available to work Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
Skills & Experience
- Real estate license (required)
- Previous customer service experience
- Deep knowledge of your local community
- Cool and calm demeanor when communicating with agents and clients
- Strong sense of accountability for the customer experience
- Experience using email, phone, and customer relationship management tools to communicate with clients and other parties
- Attention to detail; nothing gets past you
