Job Description

The Guest Relations Representative serves as the ‘First Impression Officer’ of the Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin health network, going above and beyond to deliver on exceptional and memorable concierge-style customer service and hospitality for our patients, families and visitors. The GRR will proactively greet each guest, welcoming them to our facility and thanking them for choosing Froedtert for their healthcare needs. The primary responsibility for this role is to carry out the Froedtert COVID screening protocols with each guest prior to entry to the facility. This position communicates relevant patient care policies to our guests while supporting efficient patient care flow, and safety for everyone while on campus.

Hours:

• 5 openings: (6am – 2:30pm) M-F + Every other weekend
• 5 openings: (11am – 8pm) M-F + Every other weekend
