Position Summary
I am looking for a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an Internal Medicine/Pediatric practice located in Morris County. The office is affiliated with Primary Care Partners and Atlantic Health System (njpcp.com). I started the practice 20 years ago at my current location. We see everyone from newborns to the elderly. The practice is busy and growing and would be a great opportunity for the right person. The applicant should have their NJ FNP/PA license and their CDS and DEA certificates. Being credentialed with the major insurance companies would be helpful but not essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations
- Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment
- Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
- Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care
Qualifications:
- Family Nurse Practitioner Degree or Physician Assistant Degree
- NJ license and CDS and DEA certificates
- Experience seeing children and adults in a primary care setting
