Patient registration and scheduling coordinators
Ideal candidate:
Exceptional customer service experience *required*
Preferred:
Previous experience working in medical office setting, call center.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology
Scheduling appointment and patient registration
Prior experience in Epic (a plus, not required)*we do our own Epic training
Agency must be EPIC Certified
Keyboard skills
Autonomy and accountability
Ability to sit for long periods, be on phone for long periods
Job Type: Contract
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Epic: 1 year (Preferred)
- medical terminology: 1 year (Required)
- Patient registration and scheduling: 1 year (Required)
Contract Length:
- 3 – 4 months
