What You Will Be Doing

– The majority of your day will be spent talking directly with customers on key issues.
– Establish and expand relationships with assigned key accounts to uncover additional opportunities
– Root out customer pain points to optimize workflow for current and new customers
– Make data-driven decisions
– Collaborate with our Growth and Strategy, Product Dev and Engineering teams
– Find creative ways to reduce friction and make our customer experience more seamless
– Maximize exposure to the customer leadership team in order to influence and provide customer value
– Experience with in-app messaging software and support platforms

What You Need for this Position

– 1-3+ years experience in customer operations, customer service, or customer success
– A genuine desire to help others, high energy and positive attitude
– Ability to empathize with people
– Eager to learn every day, natural problem solver
– Experience with CRM systems
– Strong interest in technology
– Ability to analyze sales data and determine a plan to improve account relationships
– Love building scalable processes
– Start up/healthcare experience is highly preferred
– Strong organizational planning and time management skills
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Comfortable working remote or reporting to our Hayward office as needed
