Marketing Campaign Manager – Healthcare/Non-Healthcare – Change Healthcare – Atlanta, GA

Overview of Position

  • The marketing campaign manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various campaigns across our Business Segments inclusive of planning, program execution and measurement processes.
  • He or she is responsible for managing individual go-to-market campaigns, collaborating on program strategies and plans supporting the campaign, orchestrating with the cross-functional teams, identifying the marketing mix, and ensuring campaign components are developed to support programs that will generate pipeline to capture, nurture, and close new business and expand opportunities within existing accounts.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • This individual will strategically plan campaign / program plans inclusive of reporting and optimization of recommendation to key stakeholders within one of our key business areas.
  • This individual will communicate, managed, and monitor with 3rd party vendors around advertising and demand generation tactics that will help drive agreed upon campaign / program goals.
  • This individual is required to have a deep understanding around the buyer’s journey as it relates to driving reputation, demand and enablement programs for the payer business and corresponding campaigns.
  • This individual should have a strong understanding of online advertising strategies and funnel-based acquisition and engagement models.
  • Develop detailed campaign measurement plans with quantifiable program goals.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 4-year degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of marketing experience in an integrated marketing communications role
  • Experience in and understanding of core aspects of B2B product/service marketing
  • Experience in strategically developing integrated marketing campaigns with closed loop marketing
  • This individual will have strong analytic and quantitative skills – able to use data to develop and optimize marketing programs.
  • This individual should be able to understand current campaign planning, program strategy and provide input to help strengthen evolving processes within the campaign arena.
  • This person will need to be able to manage program execution plans in collaboration with the payer segment, that include content to support paid, owned, earned and social program tactics.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Agency experience a plus
  • B2B and/or Healthcare industry experience a plus
  • Experience in nurture campaigns and demand generation programs.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Team player, able to work cross-functionally, entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter
  • Marketing Stack experience with email automation and Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Understanding of Audience Based Programs
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of relevant marketing trends, competitive activities and the latest best practices in e-marketing and brand development

  • Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
  • You will be required to travel 10%
