Full Time position available for a Licensed Social Worker to join our experienced team of compassionate, dedicated healthcare professionals.
Who you are:
You are a compassionate, caring, team oriented professional Social Worker who enjoys working with Seniors. You are dynamic, self directed and enjoy working with people. You hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and are licensed in the state of Massachusetts.

Bear Hill Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 5-star, highly reputable Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. We have an active 41 bed sub acute unit as well as 128 long term care beds. Our staff is caring and dedicated with a long history of employment at Bear Hill. We have an outstanding reputation in the community for providing short term and long term care and service to our seniors and we are considered a premier provider in the Skilled Nursing Community.
