FedEx Ground Contractor is currently looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to join their small package delivery fleet. Positions available are for routes in Dane County. Candidates can apply for Part-time and Full-time work during the week and/or on the weekends.
Requirements
1. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
2. Candidates for the driver position is desired to have at least 1 year of driving experience, in the last 3 years or 5 years driving experience within the past 10 years. However, if the candidate does not have driving experience, they will still be considered. No CDL is required. (Example: Pizza delivering, newspaper delivering, and Uber/Lyft driving qualifies as driving experience)
3. Candidates must have a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations within the past year), and candidates must be able to conduct and pass a DOT-required physical and drug screen.
4. Candidates must be able to maneuver up to 100 lbs. package, (most are under 30 lbs.), and be on their feet throughout the day.
5. Candidates must promote professionalism, efficiency, and safety at all times.
