RN Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Serves as a clinical operational liaison between the units and the DON, Assistant DON, and Unit Managers. Responsible for the clinical operations of the Nursing Units including ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations. Maintaining adequate nursing coverage to provide safe, quality nursing care while effectively managing overtime and agency personnel costs Participates in staff recruitment, employee development, disciplinary action and mentoring Completes rounds on the units to observe patients to determine if nursing needs are being met so positive clinical outcomes are obtained.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year recent RN Supervisor experience in long term care setting
• Can start as soon as possible
• Flexible when it comes to shift and schedule
• BLS Certified
• Have an active RN license in PA
