A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC INSTALLATION COORDINATOR
As an HVAC Installation Coordinator, you are the backbone that our field technicians depend on to keep their jobs flowing smoothly. You expertly coordinate installation jobs and personnel, always making sure that they have the materials and equipment necessary to get the job done right the first time. Coordinating with vendors, you order all the supplies that we need and are sure to return any overage stock. You manage everything that is entering and leaving our warehouse. Whether it be equipment, parts, or supplies, you know what, where, when, and how!
In addition to overseeing our installation team and warehouse operations, you have the opportunity to interact with our customers. You return their calls in a timely manner and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. You also process extended warranties and customer rebates. You enjoy the variety inherent in your job and actually enjoy coming to work each day in our fast-paced warehouse environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding of min/max levels and barcoding
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
