Director of Marketing and Operations – Humphries Real Estate Group – Cullman, AL

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail and exceptional work ethic to join our high performing team as our Director of Marketing and Operations. The successful candidate will work to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and grow sales by assisting with managing our team and well as managing our entire web, social media, and offline presence.

You Are Our Ideal Candidate If You. . .

  • Have proven experience as an Administrative and/or Marketing Assistant or Intern
  • Good understanding of online and offline marketing principles
  • Content creation experience
  • Solid Experience in creating and running Social Media Ad Campaigns (Certified is preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of web/Google Analytics and Google Adwords (Certified is preferred)
  • SEO and PPC experience, (Certifications preferred)
  • Thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced, virtual environment with many moving parts
  • Enjoy managing details, providing flawless execution and you’re naturally tech savvy
  • Excel at prioritizing workflow, possess an intuitive approach, and anticipate needs
  • Work independently by being self-directed and motivated
  • Possess a high level of resourcefulness and creativity
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM Software
  • Experience with editing Site Builder websites, or similar
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing
  • Ability to analyze problems and create a solution
  • Associate degree or Bachelor degree with 1-3 years of experience in the field of marketing
  • Experience in real estate is a plus but not required

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Set, monitor, and report on the team goal
  • Craft strategies for Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

  • Gather client testimonials for video and other distribution sources
  • Provide marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data and trends. (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
  • Assist in the organizing of client and team events as well as team meetings
  • Assist in running/managing the day-to-day operations of the team
  • Assist in Updating Lead/Client status in our CRM Software

What Will You Be Earning and what Benefits will you receive?

EARNINGS: Based on experience, this full-time, salaried position with an annual salary in the range of $30,000 – $33,000 per year based on experience. This position also offers a quarterly “Profit-Share Bonus” structure with the potential to make an additional $9,000 + annually.
