Responsibilities and Duties
- Complete assessment and treatment plans for insurance authorizations
- Ongoing monitoring of client progress and program modifications to ensure continual progress toward goals
- Complete reassessments and associated progress reports and participate in clinical reviews
- Participation in bi-weekly BCBA meetings
- Maintain accurate clinical notes for activities performed
- Create programs and teaching plans in Catalyst
- Provide weekly supervision to RBTs
- Prepare and facilitate on the job staff training/program modeling
- Provide parent training
- Travel to clients as needed
Candidate Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- 1+ years of BCBA experience
- Experience with children in clinic and home settings
- Willingness to provide weekly supervision for RBTs toward their 1500 hours
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and dedication to clinical integrity
- Motivated to collaborate with a team of fellow BCBAs
- Comfortable with providing and receiving regular feedback
