Responsibilities and Duties

  • Complete assessment and treatment plans for insurance authorizations
  • Ongoing monitoring of client progress and program modifications to ensure continual progress toward goals
  • Complete reassessments and associated progress reports and participate in clinical reviews
  • Participation in bi-weekly BCBA meetings
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes for activities performed
  • Create programs and teaching plans in Catalyst
  • Provide weekly supervision to RBTs
  • Prepare and facilitate on the job staff training/program modeling
  • Provide parent training
  • Travel to clients as needed

Candidate Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • 1+ years of BCBA experience
  • Experience with children in clinic and home settings
  • Willingness to provide weekly supervision for RBTs toward their 1500 hours
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and dedication to clinical integrity
  • Motivated to collaborate with a team of fellow BCBAs
  • Comfortable with providing and receiving regular feedback
