SpringBrook Village of La Crescent is now hiring. Our Resident Care Assistants are the first step in enhancing our resident’s well-being. You will help change lives on a daily basis. Our work environment is modern, clean and comfortable.
Duties include:
Caring for our residents and fostering their independence to include: medication administration, assisting with activities of daily living, meal service, light housekeeping duties, laundry service, and having fun while enriching the lives of our residents.
Experience:
We encourage CNAs, Medical Assistants, Direct Support Professionals, and anyone with caregiver experience to apply.
Requirements:
Effective communication, positive and upbeat attitude, enjoys working with the older adult population, works well on a team, and a caring demeanor.
