Patient Care Coordinator/CSR available in the retail hearing aid field. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a strong speaking voice who will manage all patients in person and on the phone in a busy office setting. (Schedule appointments, verify insurance coverage, maintain accurate patient records, and patient outreach).
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Must be proficient in computer management for scheduling, changing, cancelling and confirming appointments. Proficient in Word and Excel.
