LABORER
Job Description: We re looking to hire a Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic construction knowledge and a willingness to learn. Skilled Laborers are responsible for preparing construction sites and carrying out all necessary steps in concrete construction. This includes pouring and spreading concrete, tying rebar, installing wire mesh, grading and setting forms. Laborers must also be able to use basic hand tools and saws.
Some concrete construction projects require in-state travel and overnight stays. A typical schedule is Monday-Friday, but could vary based on project timelines. Saturday hours are occasional and based on demand.
Job Requirements: Above all things, candidate must have the ability to show up to work on time, possess a strong work ethic, show a willingness to learn and have a positive attitude. Basic construction knowledge and a valid driver s license are preferred but not required.
