Director Nursing Behavioral Health – NCH Healthcare System – Naples, FL

The Director, Behavioral Health Units I assumes 24-hour responsibility for the management of a unit or multiple units (1-4) within the same campus. The Nurse Director (PCS) I is accountable for the management of clinical nursing practice and patient care delivery; the management of human, fiscal, and other resources; the development of personnel; compliance with regulatory and professional standards, strategic planning, and the fostering of interdisciplinary collaborative relationships within the areas of responsibility and the hospital as a whole. The Director PCS I serves as a patient advocate and for assuring that all patient needs including physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional are met.
