Direct Support Professional (DSP), responsible for developmentally disabled individuals with emphasis on encouraging and guiding individuals in activities that promote independence and inclusion within the local community, protecting the individuals’ health and safety, facilitating community integration, facilitating relationship building, and teaching functional skills
- Responsible for the individual’s well being
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living including meal programs, and specialized medical needs as required
Responds to changes in the individual’s condition
- Shall accompany residents to outside programming, recreation programs, etc. as required
Shifts: Part Time
Part Time is Saturday-Sunday from 8am-4pm
Requirements:
· High School Diploma / G.E.D/ College Degree or Official Transcripts.
· Driver’s License
· Social Security Card
· Passport OR Birth Certificate ( why? We need documentation if born in US or different country)
