Our company is looking for a candidate whose position will focus primarily on communicating with our clients and internal employees to effectively place incoming appraisal orders. Ideal applicant is one who enjoys keeping busy and working in a fast-paced environment. Applicant needs to be professional in manner, a self-starter and all-around business oriented.
Daily Tasks:
-Managing ‘your’ client accounts to place new appraisal orders while working alongside a small team of similar tasked co-workers
-Communicating with internal workforce via phone and email
-Communicating with clients via phone and email
-Assorted data entry tasks
Must Be:
-Comfortable using Microsoft suite programs (especially Outlook)
-Able to communicate via phone/email with our clients and internal workforce in a professional and friendly manner
-Extremely organized with an eye for detail
-Able to work at a quick, accurate pace while staying calm under pressure
-Able to work with varying personality types in a small in-person office setting
-Reliable and timely in manner
-Comfortable working at a computer for an eight hour work day
