Receptionist: Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and employees, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies when necessary, as well addition clerical duties.
High school diploma or GED required equivalent related work experience.
Six(6) months to one (10 year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.
Excellent phone etiquette skills required.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Demonstrated basic to intermediate shills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, internet and Intranet navigation.
Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
