We are a busy and growing Optometry office looking to add a super star office manager to our already fantastic team! We are looking for someone eager, energetic and ready to hit the ground running.This job is for someone that is reliable, dependable and takes initiative. This is a hands on manager position, not a manager of manager role. You will be required to fill the gaps in the business need including helping the front desk check in and out, help answer phones, bill medical insurances, be back up optician to sell/adjust/repair/dispense glasses, help technicians work up patients, and help resolve escalated patient concerns. Every day is different and you will be need to be quick on your feet and flexible. This role also requires administrative duties including ordering frames/tracking inventory, hiring, training, managing staff PTO and time off requests, payroll, handling disciplinary issues and work place conflicts. We have a fantastic group of people working with us and are excited to find a great fit to our team.
Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday with either Wednesday or Saturday off. This is a full time position and will provide 40 hours/week. Must be able to work full time in Bastrop, Texas.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
