We are looking for compassionate, energetic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with the ability to work under minimal assistance and are committed to providing the most excellent care for our patients in the comfort of their home. We currently hiring for PRN opportunities throughout Greater Atlanta.
We are looking for LPN to work in Pine Mountain, GA
Patient Assessments
Care Planning
Communication with Families, Clinical Staff, Doctors, Therapists, etc.
Coordination of Care
Prepare clinical and progress notes.
Completes and submits assessments within agency time frames.
Observe confidentiality, safeguards and all patient-related information
Must have an active LPN license in the State of Georgia.
Current CPR card
A valid Georgia driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation. Must be willing to have a background check and drug screen. We are looking for a dedicated team player with a great personality and strong work ethic.
Experience with G-Tube Feeding
