Partnering with strategy and creative Health Educators transform the customer experience from one of complexity to one of simplicity. Diverse clinical backgrounds and unique expertise as Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES) guides them in identifying and sharing customer needs that can turn into transformative brand insights, opportunities, and brand plans. Their expertise is grounded in the principles of Health Literacy, Adult and Experiential Learning as well as proven Health Behavior Change Models and Theories.
Leveraging FCB Health’s proprietary Health Learning Design (HLD) and customer insights, Health Educators customize a learning plan that drives brand engagement through clear communication principles. The guidance in the HLD can be applied to content, messaging, creative, program and tactical development.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Brand Planning
- Design and conduct needs assessment plans Develop discussion guides Lead and summarize insights/assessment findings
Program Planning
- Integrate behavior change models into program and tactical plans
Tactical Planning
- Support and contribute to tactical brief. Suggest tactical recommendations. Write and weave outlines for multiple tactics
Creative Planning
- Support and lead health literacy plan Support and collaborate on educational strategy and design
Creative Evaluation
- Present review panel feedback and findings Lead and/or supervise feedback sharing to creative teams Contribute to and presents competitive landscape
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with needs assessment plan, Synthesize findings – Complete/collaborate on Research Brief (e.g.; collaborate on research objectives, recommend research methodologies).
- Collaborate on discussion guides for market research – Attend market research and summarize findings.
- Conduct Interviews with patients, caregivers, HCPs – Perform research for new business opportunities (disease state, patient and caregiver needs).Program Development:
- Suggest tactics/program based on research findings – Apply patient insights/research findings to program recommendations (e.g.; content, tactics, timing/cadence, etc.).
- Actively contribute to interdisciplinary sessions to generate program design/plans.
- Collaborate with creative team on concept development.Tactical Development:
- Go-to health educator on tactical development among interdisciplinary team – from outline development through feedback to manuscript and layout.
