Job Description:
- Work directly with the owners of the company to help develop training programs, bonus structures, recruitment efforts, and gauge team member satisfaction / engagement. You will communicate with team members from brand new field people to office and sales.
- Surveying team members
- Giving feedback to owners of the company regarding new hires and current team members
- Scheduling and follow up of meetings with team members
- Develop and improve training programs
- Ever changing project work assigned by owners
- Schedule and coordinate trainings/classrooms
- You will not be doing any direct training, training is done by managers and field supervisors
Skills Needed:
- Associates/Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Computer intelligence required
- Ability to identify and empathize with people easily
- Ability to speak Spanish and English is a plus
- Ability to work towards a common goal
- Implementing ideas in a team setting
- Finishing projects that have been assigned with only a general idea of what the final product needs to be
Physical Demands:
- You may at times be required to walk long distances through rough terrain and visit job sites, for which you would need to practice proper safety procedures.
