Heritage Manor South is currently looking to fill the Assistant Director of Nursing position. The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nurses to manage the Nursing Department with high professional and personal standards. The Assistant Director of Nursing will be expected to work alongside the DON to exercise administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for nursing functions and activities, nursing care, and the nursing staff and their training.
