POSTDOCTORAL POSITIONS IN BIOMOLECULAR MODELING AND SIMULATION OF PROTEINS AND NUCLEIC ACIDS – University of New Hampshire – Durham, NH

Job Description
Two postdoctoral positions are available in the laboratory of Dr. Harish Vashisth in Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of New Hampshire (UNH). The positions are within the broad area of biomolecular modeling and simulation, including protein and nucleic acid systems, where the dynamics and interactions in these systems are to be explored. The postdoctoral researchers will be provided access to a state-of-the-art high-performance-computing facility with advanced GPU and data storage capabilities, and opportunities will be available for collaboration with researchers outside UNH as well as for professional development including presenting at national/international conference and mentoring of junior researchers. The positions are initially for one year with the possibility of renewal in subsequent years pending available funding, and progress as well productivity of the postdoctoral candidates.
