We will rely on you to provide comprehensive speech therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. You will be key in the goal of restoring optional function for patients.
Essential Functions
- Comprehensively evaluate patients, establishes realistic goals and treatment plans, performs treatment in clinic and bedside as appropriate and necessary and provides home evaluations as needed.
- Implement new programs
- Participate in and provides departmental and interdepartmental in-service education and meetings
- Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team members, family members and patients to insure a comprehensive approach tailored to the patient’s individual needs and goals

Education
- Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program
Licensure/Certification
- Relevant experience preferred
- State license as a Speech Pathologist required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (C.C.C.) as awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association required
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to insured car
- Successful completion of a caregiver background check and pre-employment screen
