Non-Negotiables
- “Wow” our guests every visit from the moment they arrive, until they leave
- Order taking, running food and maintaining a clean dining room environment with a welcoming atmosphere
- Share and answer questions about the brand, food, Loyalty App and current Limited Time Offerings
- Monitoring and cleaning the restrooms, outdoor patio and parking lot
- Balancing high volume with high quality
- Ensuring the restaurant is up to company standards, including food safety, cleanliness, and customer accessibility
- Work as a team player to support all team members in completing their tasks
- Have an eagerness to take advantage of new opportunities
