Full Job Description
We are looking for a customer service / office administration position who will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. You should have the ability to accept ownership for effectively manipulating customer issues, complaints and inquiries keeping customer happiness at the core of every decision and behavior. Locally owned and operated since 1989, Anti-Pesto is trusted with protecting the health and property of businesses and homeowners throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Skills and attributes we are seeking include: – Handle lots of inbound and outbound calls from current and prospective customers- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics- Ask qualifying questions to confirm needs and match to Anti-Pesto solutions- Seize opportunities to up-sell services when they arise- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going above and beyond- Keep records of all conversations in the company database in a comprehensible way- Dedication to improving your knowledge and skills- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets- Intermediate typing – Strong computer skills are required
Our requirements include: – A dream to succeed- Advanced knowledge of MS Office or similar Google applications – The skill quickly learn and use new technologies- A friendly phone presence and a positive outlook – High school graduate or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred- 6 to12 months of experience and/or training in a sales role preferred- Effective social and communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multi-task, detail oriented, and work independently- Accounts payable/receivable, database management, and collections experience preferred but not required.
