Service Rep
As a healthcare delivery service representative, you will be responsible for successfully delivering and setting up our durable medical equipment across a large area inside of patients homes. We are looking for hardworking and self-motivated route drivers or warehouse personnel to help provide our patients with the best service. We’re seeking empathetic, energetic employees who have a knack for hands-on customer care.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Shift = 8 am-5 pm and M-F
- Yes for on-call after training is complete
- On call schedule = if only 1 service rep they would be sharing on call with other staff members Sunday through Saturday. If 2 service reps…they would rotate 1 week on 1 week off. On call is after working hours from 5 pm- 8 am.
- Ability to work independently
- must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- training/education of patients and/or caregivers on the safe and proper use of respiratory equipment purchased or rented
- Maintain a courteous, professional attitude toward all contacts, including patients, caregivers, customers, and staff
- Maintain a good appearance, attired according to the standards of the operating unit
- Uniforms must be clean and neat
- Assist in the assessment of the home environment of patients receiving respiratory equipment and/or services to ensure patient safety
- Must notify the appropriate staff members of any discrepancies in this area
Requirements:
- Three years of clean driving
- Must meet job-related requirements to comply with DOT
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 120 pounds
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- medical equipment: 3 years (Preferred)
- Driving: 3 years (Preferred)
