LPN Clinical Coordinator
Job Overview:
MedOne is hiring a LPN Clinical Coordinator for our Post-Acute Team! Job functions include: working with Hospital Records, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and imputing pertinent information into MedOne EMR for our providers. The ideal candidate would have strong clinical skills and is good with computers. In addition to imputing data and information into the EMR, this clinical coordinator will retrieve incoming faxes and send outgoing faxes, prioritize phone calls and emails from our customers. There is limited resident/patient interaction with this job. Hours for this position would be 9am-5:30pm and would require some weekend work.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple locations, multiple residents
- Able to work independently and off site with minimal supervision

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate word, excel skills
- Ability to work in stressful situations and be flexible to accommodate patient and family needs
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of LPN Experience
- Preferred: Prior knowledge of working with different Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Proficient with Computer Skills
- Prior experiencing working in a Nursing Facility recommended
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
