Job Position: Home Care/ Clinical Social Worker
Contract: (minimum 8 weeks) 16 weeks
Hours to be scheduled each week
FT 36 hours’
Open to PT- 24 hours We need anything but want full time 40 hours
Shift & times (example: 7a-3p, 7a-7p) Days, Mids, Nights m-f 8 – 5
Document Required:
MA License
BLS
Payrate: $35-$40 Per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Experience:
- Clinical Social Work: 1 year (Required)
Education:
- Master’s (Required)
