We are seeking a Crisis Intervention Counselor to provide direct services including: assessment, counseling, treatment plan development and implementation with children, adults, and families and crisis counseling through the use of proper therapeutic interventions. This role may work as the lead of a team of clinicians, utilizing creative clinical interventions based on best practice models and learned counseling techniques to work effectively with children, adults, and families. This position serves the Lynchburg, Bedford, Campbell, and surrounding counties.

Qualifications:

• Master Degree in Human Services field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mental health
• Must be eligible for registration with the Board of Licensing or Board of Social Work as a Licensed Mental Health Professional-type (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
