Position(s): BCBA for the Southington and surrounding areas
Full-time with benefits offers a choice of a 29 hour/35 hour/40 hour position).
Requirements: Up-To-Date BCBA certification and board certified
Schedule:
- Flexible hours primarily in the late mornings through evenings. Some weekend hours may be needed on occasion.
Role:
- Managing own case load
- Supervising a team
- Developing programs
- Monitoring/analyzing progress
- Conducting assessments
- Performing staff/parent training
- Providing a large majority of the services in-home
- Running social skills/emotional regulation groups
