We currently are seeking a Maintenance Technician who is a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills to serve the Wendy’s in the Indianapolis area.
The ideal candidate will have experience in repairing commercial kitchen equipment (toasters, grills, ovens, etc.), as well as general maintenance including painting, tile repair, and light plumbing . Must be able to work independently, understand the impact of their work on the overall operating budget, and exemplify a self-starting and conscientious employee.
The Maintenance Technician position directly impacts the business by insuring that our physical plants meet our customer’s expectations every day. Good interpersonal skills with internal clients and presenting a professional image to our customers is also imperative.
