The area’s largest Honda dealership is in search of Business Development Center (BDC) candidates. Our successful BDC utilizes innovative phone and internet strategies to drive customers to our store. A background in customer service or telemarketing is desired. This is a full-time position and there is NO COLD CALLING INVOLVED! Earn $45k to $80k per year salary and bonus. We provide our representatives with superior training in order to provide our customers with an exceptional purchase experience.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Follow up with prospective customers in response to their email inquiries.
- Receive all inbound sales calls.
- Set appointments with customers.
- Maintain a customer follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and follow direction.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealership’s standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
