Program Director – HEALTHRIGHT 360 – Oxnard, CA

Program Director is responsible for day to day clinical and operational oversight of the residential program in Oxnard for HealthRIGHT 360. Provides training and leadership development to direct service staff assigned to the program. Responsible for critical balance between providing high quality, trauma informed care, maximizing contract and other revenues and overall fiscal responsibility. Demonstrates ownership, leadership and strategic thinking. Able to motivate and inspire high performing teams. This is a 56 bed facility that also has capacity to serve 30 children.
