Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assists customers and technicians with identifying needed parts using manufacturer diagrams
- Provides customers and technicians with pricing and availability of needed parts
- Outgoing shipments, verity information against invoices, orders and other records
- Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates
- Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled
Qualifications:
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Prior detailing experience a must
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
- Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
