Call Center Training Manager – QMMS USA – Tarrytown, NY

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP and Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full time Call Center Training Manager for our Corporate office location in Tarrytown, NY.


Job Requirements/Responsibilities

  • The training manager is responsible for overlooking the performance of the training department and is responsible for managing a team of trainers
  • Creating and implementing training plans in close consultation with operations and call center Management
  • Oversee the design and development of training modules for all call center staff/departments.
  • Review, identify and analysis call analytics to improve customer service and patient engagement
  • 2+ years of call center training manager experience: classroom, virtual, hands-on, etc.
  • 1+ year of experience training within the healthcare industry
