Position Overview:
As the Senior Lead Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing Global Product Data Management (GPDM) to functional departments and product teams, by assisting in the creation and maintenance of accurate product data and records in SAP
Responsibilities:
-Provide one or more GPDM “core” service responsibilities: 1. Preparation of business and Engineering changes (ECR/BCR) 2. Material Master creation and Maintenance 3. Process approved change requests, 4. Creation of SAP GLM label templates, maintenance, and/or reporting for label data and/or extended attributes for regulation or business reporting
-Ensure compliance with all Quality, Regulatory, Environmental and Trade requirements by following procedures, guiding, and ensuring all business users from all functions and at all levels of the organization
-Use SAP to organize and prepare change request packages, create or maintain Material Masters, and/or make changes in SAP based on approved change requests
-Assist in the creation and performing validation testing for (PLM) product lifecycle management changes
-Assist users in creating engineering data and deliverables, the development of site or global work instructions, training materials and/or provide training for end users anywhere around the globe
-Support customer or regulatory body audits for subject matters involving DMR or DHF documentation
-Extract and evaluate data you or your customers need using SE16, ZECRKPI or GPDM BW developed transactions, and are able to merge an compare information using MS Excel
-Be a liaison to a site-specific functional team and facilitate the efficient release and maintenance of all engineering data and documentation
Qualifications
-2+ years of experience
-Superior verbal and written skills. Team player, able to work effectively with project teams
-Demonstrated computer proficiency and aptitude to quickly navigate, create, change, and troubleshoot product data in SAP using multiple methods and transactions
-Strong ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
-Must have the confidence and tenacity to reject or return work that is not compliant
-Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Other Desirable Qualifications:
-Quality Systems or Document Control Experience at a Medical or Regulated Manufacturing Company. LEAN Training, Excel Pivot tables and Macros, Microsoft Access, SAP query use, New Product Development Team Member Experience.
Education:
– 4 year degree, preferably in data/computer or engineering related discipline
