Medical Spa Assistant Manager / Front Desk

Our organization is expanding and we are looking for a Front Desk / Assistant Manager to join our team! We looking to hire someone for our McKinney location with great work ethic, who is positive, friendly, has the ability to multi-task, be professional, punctual, responsible, team player, trustworthy, and have great people skills.
This position is an hourly (non-exempt) position that provides a base hourly rate plus the potential to earn additional compensation once reaching a specified productivity threshold.
These include:
- Promoting the services and memberships to new guests
- Build successful local business to business relationships
- Successfully attain personal revenue and sales goals
- Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members
- Re-engaging clients by creating and maintaining relationships
- Answering phone calls
- Checking clients in and out for appointments and scheduling appointments
- Welcome and check-in all patient appointments, ensuring appropriate documentation is collected
- Invoice treatments and products, collect payments
- Provide administrative assistance as needed
Skills and Experience
SALES, SALES, SALES experience (membership-based a plus)
3 years minimum of spa, salon, lash clinic, tanning spa, hospitality, sales, or retail experience required (spa experience preferred).
Great with people and building strong client relationships!
Management and leadership skills with ability to set goals and be a team builder. Strong professional presentation, technical ability, and relationship building.
Interest in growth with the company.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Customer service attitude
Spanish speaker preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
