OVERVIEW
Maintenance Technicians perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of the property. They conduct home/building maintenance repairs and are responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment. Maintenance Technicians provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents at all times.
- Ensure community is presentable, inviting, and adheres to our standards at all times.
- Ensure trash/debris is picked up daily from common areas and streets
- Empty common area trash containers as needed.
- Complete minor repairs to rental homes and facilities as needed
- Maintain Hot tub and Pool, tests chemical levels, and adjusts appropriately, where applicable.
- Follow safety procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles when moving from site to site and picking up supplies.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Experience:
- Excellent customer service
- Hard worker
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Facilities maintenance experience is a plus
- HVAC Certification is a plus. but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening.
- Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment and commercial machinery
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
- Availability to respond to community needs during non-business hours (required to be on-call within 30 mins from property) Paid well for call outs…
- 1 week of on call per month/ we use an answering service.

COVID-19 considerations:
We require residents to inform us of covid concerns or issue with in the units. We also require our employees to wear proper PPE at all times when in contact with residents. Social distancing is requested when our employees are in the apartments.
